Customer Relationship Officer - Building Material (1-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling concerns & issues of customers
- Scheduling the appointment with the Managers
- Monitoring relationships with existing customers and provide an effective sales funnel
- Improving organisation's overall customer satisfaction levels
- Maintaining constant interaction with customers for post sales documentation
- Managing loan shifts, registration and all the procedural work after sales
- Sending regular intimation mails for progress based payment
- Ensuring timely collections from new customers (1.5-2 CR per month recovery targets)
- Driving collections, post sales responsibilities and cross-selling
- Maintaining the relationship with the existing as well as old customers.
