We are hiring Females for the role of Customer relationship Officer.
Job Description
- Making calls to understand whether there is requirement for particular product/services of our clients
- Would need to identify prospects from the database to pass to the sales team
- Maintaining call reports and recording discussion with the clients in the format specified
- Making polite conversation with customers/prospects on the phone
Required Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good Communication English and Hindi both.
- Customer orientation.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Only females are required.
