Customer Relationship Officer - BPO (0-1 yrs)
Hiring for a BPO client based on Noida
Job Type : Permanent
No Bond
Eligibility : Any Graduate or Post Graduate can apply. (No Undergrads)
Shifts : 24X7 Rotational Shifts, 5 days working (2 week-off, not necessarily Saturday, Sunday)
- It's an inbound customer service where you get calls from the premium clients.
- Queries are related to internet issues, extra values added to billing or deductions in the billing plan, etc
Skills Required :
- Good English Communication
- Good decision making
- Polite and calm
- Strong commitment to customer care and quality
- People Orientation - Can work with teams effectively
- Good analytical skills
- Proficiency in English and Hindi in both, oral and written communication
Transport facility available for Odd hours (between 8 PM till 6 AM), for day time shuttle facility (Pick and drop) for nearest metro station as Noida city center and Vaishali.
