- Engage in dialogue with clients to learn about their needs and desires.
- Create and put into action plans for resolving disputes and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Supervise sales activities and assess the sales team's performance.
- Resolve client concerns and questions in a timely and effective manner.
- Increase the number of clients by developing a relationship and cross-selling
- Find new markets for sales and take part in product creation
- Make sure clients are happy both during and after the sales process.
- Examine market trends and make presentations to prospective clients.
- Set and meet revenue targets and customer expectations.
- Assess customer feedback and conduct business evaluations
- Discuss contract and agreement terms with clients.
