Customer Relationship Management Role - Software Development Business (4-9 yrs)

The Customer Lifecycle Management lead with expertise in implementing CRM and sales funnel (strategy, planning, and implementation), email marketing campaigns, drip campaigns, overseeing all aspects of the campaigns from design - writing - marketing - technical development. The lead will also ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the company's overall strategy, branding, marketing, and sales goals.

Required:

- Expertise in SALESFORCE CRM, sales funnel, able to articulate end to end plan based on sales funnel, implement best practices

- Ensure people, process and technology is aligned with sales funnel and SALESFORCE CRM

- Worked with Pardot Functionality, Pardot A/B Testing, Autoresponder emails and Pardot Email Rendering.

- Advanced skills in Multi-Channel Marketing, Analytics & Demand Generation through inbound & outbound marketing strategies & tools. The candidates should be able to learn & apply the experience to scale our enterprise towards growth

- Manage the entire leads eco-system: Define qualified leads & marketing funnel, develop lead generation strategy, generate leads with inbound & outbound marketing with measuring & testing lead gen programs.

- Run various Multi-channel marketing programs for leads in different stages of the funnel-like Events & Trade Shows, Content Syndication, Email, Paid Social Media & Search Campaigns, Webinars, Remarketing

- Execute strategies centred around accelerating marketing qualified leads into sales pipeline to meet & exceed revenue targets

- Lead & accelerate programs using Automated Drip Email Campaigns (hands-on knowledge with tools is a must)

- Lead website optimization & user engagement strategies in website for increasing conversion rates via SEO

- Please explains the tools you have used over the years for CRM and Campaigns. Mention the tools you are best at (expecting to see tools name, years of experience, and hands-on knowledge - yes or no comments)

Experience in:

- Salesforce: Development life cycle, application design patterns, integration patterns and deployment planning, experience as Salesforce Admin as well

- Pardot Functionality: email automation, targeted email campaigns and lead management for B2B sales and marketing organizations, develop Contact Strategies, Create, run, and manage campaigns

- Customer lifecycle management expertise

- Generate and Analyse Data

- Setting up Email Server, Email design, A/B Testing., Email Personalization, developing Email content

- Expertise in Email tools with strong B2B Automation experience to manage the entire lifecycle of a customer.

- Create Customer Database and identifying good email marketing lists

- Follow the bulk mailing activity through various tools usage
