Required Skill - Min 2 years of exp in real-estate/construction industry as Customer Service.(customer relationship Management)!

- Pleasant Personality, Customer orientation, Attending customers and their queries to resolve. ensure 100% satisfactory with the adequate resolution to the query.
Time Management!
- Dealing RERA CASES costumer via face to face interaction, and also dealing thorough mails taking inbound out bound calls , making welcome calls making receipts &Dmd; Demand letters and , work out on transfer case and and upgrade cases and making payment plans ,solving their Qurries ......
- POST-SALES Process, regular followup with customer for collection as per demand letters , co-ordinate with banker with given consent of customer for release the pending amount & Agreement process, Complete the Sub-registration process co-ordinate with Sub-Register office, Demand generations as per construction status, co-ordinate with bankers for for loan disbursement, Solve quires of customers though email conversations.
