The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Efficiently responding and resolving merchant queries and complaints.
- Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
- Escalating unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal.
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
The Profile :
- You have a Bachelor's degree or a higher qualification, preferably in Business / Commerce / Finance disciplines.
- You possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a problem solving attitude.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a must in order to liaise with clients and customers.
- You have prior experience in handling client chats and emails.
