Customer Experience Specialist (0-4 yrs)
- We seek an experienced American English Language Coach to join our Customer Experience Team. As the American English Language Coach, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the language skills of our customer experience team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to communicate effectively with our American customers. The successful candidate will have excellent coaching skills and a strong background in the American English language.
Problem Statement : Enabling the team to be able to represent ourselves efficiently to the customers
Responsibilities :
- Develop and deliver training programs to improve the American English language skills of the customer experience team members.
- Evaluate the language skills of team members and provide feedback to improve their
performance.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos. Collaborate with team leaders to develop training plans that meet the needs of the team and the organization.
- Keep up-to-date with current language training techniques and tools to enhance the effectiveness of the training programs.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to team members to address specific language concerns or areas of improvement.
- Monitor the progress of team members and provide regular reports to team leaders.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- It is a 5-day working week and those two days away from work would mostly be on weekdays
- Proven experience as an American English language coach or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of American English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Strong coaching and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Familiarity with language training tools and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working in an international customer service environment.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
