Customer Executive Role - FMCG (1-7 yrs)
SynergyLink is looking for Customer Executive for one of the leading Beverages Brand in india.
Location - Mumbai & Bangalore.
Industry - Beverages.
- Managing relationships with store/property owners of accounts handled
- Monitoring sales of the handled accounts
- Responsible for store/outlet wise growth of the accounts handled
- Managing skus: facings, inventory, MBQs, stock replenishment for stores/outlets
- Responsible for execution of marketing collaterals at the stores/properties/outlets
- Tracking marketing collaterals and promotions of the handled stores/outlets
- Managing a team of PSRs for tracking sales growth, target achievement and stock status
- New account acquisition for the channel
- Monitoring PSR PJP for the accounts handled, tracking and reporting of the same
- Co-ordination with logistics on stock supplies and OFR (Order fill rate)
