Customer Care/Telesales - Student Query (0-9 yrs)
Its for the first point of contact for students. You play a crucial role in guiding students. Is expected to understand the need/requirement of the students on the call and accordingly suggest/offer products that would be beneficial to the student. Contribute to the revenue of the organisation through the products that the students have been upgraded too by you.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Work experience-0 to 9 years in sales/telesales
- Age limit: Less than equal to 35 year old
Basic Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills ( English and Hindi)
- Passionate about Sales
- Open to Flexi shifts (Working any 9 hours between 10:00am to 21:00pm)
- Open to Working on weekends (6 days working with work offs only on weekdays)
