Customer Care Specialist - BPO (1-3 yrs)
Job Description for Customer Care Specialist :
- Answering incoming calls from Lyca Mobile Customers, responding to their queries in an efficient and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To escalate issues to concerned internal departments or team leaders as and when required.
- Ensure Adherence to product scripting in all other customer communications
- Fault resolutions and raising tickets to respective departments
- Manage and maintain product related databases in line with the specified KPI's.
- Ensure quality of data capture from customers.
- Flexibility with shift patterns is required to ensure.
- Able to Handle Email & Chat when required.
- Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process
- Excellent English Communication
- Willingness to work in shift (US/UK)
