Job role :
- Candidate should have any international bpo experience
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone
- Giving information related to company product and service
- Provide customers with information requested for
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Complete call logs
- Produce call reports
Shift: 8 PM - 5 AM
Saturday - Sunday Fixed Off
Salary: 30K
