Responsibilities :

1. Handling Inbound calls & Emails.

2. Understanding Clients Requirement & Queries.

3. Act as a one point of contact for the designated key account

4. Respond to customer complaints directly as well as via customer service representatives at the designated key account

5. Ensure streamlined processes and smooth issue resolution

6. Collaborates with the Contact Centre team and service teams for resolutions regarding customer's issues, product problems, service questions and other general client concerns

7. Address service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

8. Ensures timely resolution to all escalations within optimum turn-around-time or agreed TAT while maintaining high level of professionalism

9. Ensure Quality trend is maintained as per the company norms.

10. Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing reasons for escalations and escalations

11. Provide regular updates through weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and metrics to internal stakeholder teams

Qualification & Requirement :

1. Minimum H.S.C (12th) Passed.

2. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (South Indian Language will be a Plus).

3. Minimum 6 Months of experience in Voice Process INBOUND or OUTBOUND.

4. Should be flexible with week offs and shift timings.

5. Should be comfortable to work for voice process.
