Shift Timings :
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ( Day Shift )
3:00 AM - 12:00 PM ( Night Shift )
6:00 PM - 3:00 AM ( Night Shift )
Selection Criteria :
- Graduation degree mandatory
- Freshers allowed
- Graduation Dropouts with 6 months of BPO experience.
- Excellent English skills Ability to [Speak, Read & Write]
- Fluent Hindi skills Ability to [Speak, Read & Write]
Documents : Joining and Relieving Letters, Marksheets and Degree, Photos, Salary slips, Pan Card, Aadhar Card.
Job responsibility :
1. Assisting the customer
2. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
3. Conduct needs-based selling by determine customer needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service to address their requirements.
24- 7 Hour Shift timings, the candidate can get any 9 hour shift
