Customer Care Role - BPO (0-3 yrs)
DUTIES :
1 Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
2 Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction.
3 Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
4 Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
NOTE :
- Qualification -Any graduate /Postgraduate/ Undergraduate
- Salary - 1.90CTC + incentives
- 6 days working with one rotational off
- Fresher and Experience with Excellent Communication Skills and ready to join immediately can apply.
