Job Responsibilities and Skills :
- Manage inbound and outbound calls/chats/emails.
- Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers
- Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
- Excellent communication skills along with active listening.
- Customer focused approach.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and a self-starter.
- Must be willing to work in rotational night shifts.
