Job Description :
- Supporting customers in India with respect to product/service queries.
- Answer calls and resolve queries via phone and/or chat. May involve both in-bound and out-bound calls
- Day Shift with rotational weekly off
What you need to have ?
- Active listening skills and questioning
- An eye for detail to determine the root cause of the issue, to avoid repeat contacts and further effort to resolve issues
- Display Ownership and accountability and quickly build trust and confidence with customer
- Own and resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically
- Excellent comprehension and articulation skills
