Customer Care Representative - Voice Process (0-1 yrs)
1) Voice process outbound tele calling
2) Csr is expected to call the banking customers and explain the process and help them to complete the online process
3) Mandatory language skills: Very fluent Hindi & English with preferred any local language as Gujarathi, Bangali, Odisha, Tamil, Telugu or Kannada
4) Should have a pleasant voice and good communication skills.
5) Basic computer operating knowledge is required.
Qualification - Puc/degree dropouts. Experienced candidates can be referred to even if they don't have Puc.
