- Collecting data about customer satisfaction, churn rate, brand image, and awareness.

Analyzing data :

- Devising new strategies or updating existing ones based on customer data.

Communicating with customers :

- Communicating with customers through various omnichannel channels, including email, social media, phone, or SMS.

Monitoring performance :

- Devising ways to measure how well clients are being served, and establishing metrics for the team to reach.
