Responsibilities and Duties

- Receive calls from customers to resolve their issues

- Reply to customers and address their concerns

- Communicate with the client via phone to discuss ongoing issues

- Handling customer queries and solving them effectively.

- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Any hsc fresher for Domestic and Semi International

- Any graduate Fresher For International

- HSC + 6 months bpo experience

- SSC + 1 year bpo experience

- Age : 55 years
