- Provide information about order status to customers

- Attending customer queries over the phone and providing solutions through calls
- Resolving matters in the best interest of both the customer and the company
- Previous experience in Customer service and tele sales profile will be an added advantage
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- You will need to speak to customers about a product's different features and answer any questions they might have
