Location: Moti Nagar
- CTC: 15,606 CTC per month
- In-hand Salary: 15,000
- Additional Benefits: ESIC deductions apply
- Training Stipend:- 5,000 for the initial 18 days of training
- Shift Timing:- Day Shift, 9 hours per day, within the window of 8:00 AM to 8:00PM
- Working Days:- 6 days a week with 1 rotational off
- Work Arrangement:- On-site (Work from Office)
- Eligibility:- Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are welcome to apply
- Upcoming Exams Policy:- No exams till 30th June
- Leave Policy:- No long leaves will be granted during the initial period.
- Responsibilities:-
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone calls and provide assistance regarding JINDALX products and services.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and queries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the designated system or software.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while interacting with customers.
Requirements:-
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or similar software preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work day shifts within the specified timing window.
- Willingness to work from the office location in Moti Nagar.
