Customer Brand Manager - HVAC (5-14 yrs)
- Responsible for executing vertical brand positioning aligned with QuEST corporate brand positioning
- Translates customer insights from Sales to develop vertical marketing plan
- Executes vertical branding campaigns and generates demand among MHAs
- Executes ABM campaigns for VBUs to generate demand and build brand
- Event strategy and sponsorship/participation
- Support analysts relations program
- Works closely with SBL, VSP and SCP for campaign strategy and execution in MHAs and VBUs
- Manages and maintains vertical campaign calendar
- Drives best practices in customer brand campaigns within verticals and shares for broader org learning
- Responsible for sourcing core content for white papers, blogs, presentations, videos, brochures, case studies, newsletters, info-graphics, web content, elevator pitches, email scripts, calling scripts, demo packaging
- Responsible for integrating services of acquired entities into vertical positioning and communication
- Tracks and measures success of campaigns for learning and optimization
