Customer Advisor - Inbound Process - BPO (0-2 yrs)
Job Description :
- Handling client's calls and queries and providing them with appropriate solutions as per the company guidelines.
- Focus on excellent customer service on the phone
- Complete training will be provided to the selected candidate.
Eligibility Criteria :
Qualification: Any UG/Graduate/Post Graduate can apply
- Fresher or Experienced
- Male and Female
- Excellent Communication Skills required
Salary: Rs. 14,000 Gross p.m.
(In Hand Salary+ Cab Facility (Pick up & Drop) + Incentives + Provident Fund + Medical Insurance + Other Benefits)
