Digital Marketing Manager


Key responsibilities :


- Own the whole digital acquisition piece for Cult At-Home across all channels like Facebook, Instagram, Google, Affiliates, etc. and be responsible for cost and performance targets

- Work closely with external agencies to execute the campaigns and internally with the Analytics, Product, and Design teams

- Closely monitor campaigns in alignment with performance OKRs, identifying opportunities to scale acquisition goals when necessary

- Assist in developing full-funnel digital ad campaigns, including prospecting, app-install, and retargeting

- Work closely with the analytics teams to derive meaningful insights and drive a data-backed strategy

- Own, drive, and report on crucial marketing efficiency metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV

Skills :

- 3-4 years of experience working in digital marketing

- Strong knowledge of App acquisition and analytics

- Digital marketing experience in the e-commerce industry will be a plus

- Excellent analytical and project management skills

- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
