Curate Data Analytics - Associate - Customer Connect (1-2 yrs)

We at Curate Data Analytics : https://Curatedata.in (A Startup in Business Analytics & Strategy space) are on a look out for a young turk to be part of our Customer Success Team. The incumbent is required to have a basic understanding of business or sales analytics in FMCG companies. A past record of working with customer success or sales teams and delivering successful leads for implementation of sales force automation (SFA), Distributor management system (DMS) or any analytics tool is recommended.
Responsibilities :
1. Connect with Founders / Sales heads / IT heads / Trade Marketing heads of FMCG (MNCs & Startup) companies to setup analytics function as a service.
2. Setup & coordinate for meetings of customers with Customer success team
3. Understand the requirement of FMCG companies for moving from insight to action
4. Documentation of meetings & action items, ensuring follow-up discussions & closures happen
5. Provide weekly progress updates to Partners
Qualifications :
1. Must have excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills
2. Should possess high level of persistence
3. Engineering Degree with good academic record.
4. Minimum 1+ years' experience in handling customer connect in the companies which are involved in implementation of SFA/DMS/BI Products in FMCG companies
