CupShup - Senior Activation Manager - BTL Marketing (4-9 yrs)
BTL Activation / Operations Manager, What's your role at CupShup?
- To ideate, create, plan, manage and execute all BTL activities in the City.
- You will work closely with vendors, corporates, OPS Team, Creative Team & the City Manager to get everything in order for campaigns and jot out nitty-gritties for all activities.
- Unlocking new partnerships and alliances, be it corporate or vendors - you will work with your team and City Manager to close deals.
- Optimizing the overall operational efficiency and being accountable towards the Profit and Loss of the organization.
- Delegation of work along with monitoring and tracking the work of Delivery Team and Operating System.
Skills required as a BTL Activation / Operations Manager:
- 4+ years- experience in BTL Activations, Branding campaigns execution across multiple cities.
- A Master of Jugaad with understanding of processes across all levels of the organization and the Operations division.
- Great leadership and communications skills with the ability to mitigate and diffuse Operational Situations.
- Hunger to achieve more and strive for the best and only the best - be it work output or the food you order.
- Taking command and responsibility over the team while managing and assisting them in being effective and efficient with the process.
- Think outside the box when it comes to creating and executing campaigns and activities
- Be independent and highly driven - with the willingness to go the extra mile to make things happen, and happen right.
- Having sales and marketing pitching skills get you a brownie point
