CupShup - Regional Sales Head (7-12 yrs)

- CupShup is looking for a sales leader for its digital marketing and branding division with a demonstrated history of building and leading a sales team of digital marketers. The candidate should be well versed with existing marketing practices and tools and abreast with evolving digital marketing trends. Candidates should be performance driven and should have the ability to operate on both Marketing and Sales end.

Responsibility :

- Manage and lead the digital sales for CupShup across marketing and branding verticals and establish it in the market as a front runner in the industry in medium to long term

- Lead from the front on the business development end to establish a sales and numbers oriented digital marketing team

- Lead marketing to generate leads for marketing and branding campaigns, across affiliates, social media, paid marketing/programmatic, and creative campaigns smoothly and efficiently

- Set up and establish sales best practices, reporting sheets/tools, and operations for CupShup

- Devise and roll out processes and systems to reward performers in consultation with the management and stakeholders

- Ensure seamless communication across teams to optimise the output and foster a culture of cross functional collaboration

- Set and motivate the team to achieve sales business targets and ensure growth of team in quality and headcount

Requirement :

- Understanding as well as deep knowledge of various verticals of performance/digital marketing

- Deep understanding of social media marketing, branding, native, programmatic marketing business, affiliate, paid media buying/planning businesses

- Experience of planning, formulating and achieving monthly forecasts

- 7+ years of experience required in sales and marketing management
