Overview of job :

CupShup is looking for an Operations Manager for the respective city. You will be responsible for handling the overall City Operations, Resource Planning, Brands (BTL) Campaign, Audits, Reporting, etc.

This role reports to the City Lead/Business Operations Manager/ Function Head

Measures of success :

In Three months :

- Collect and learn the existing database - Media Options, Freelancers, Partners/Vendor

- Optimum output and quality deliveries for the campaign in the city

- Relationship, trust, and training session within the city ecosystem

In Six months:

- Complete campaign planning and management

- P&L management and better control of cost

- Onboarding new media, inventory, vendors, and partners

- Sync with clients to understand their requirements completely and develop a solution

In Twelve months : 

- Ensure complete understanding of the Profile, start taking decisions and further course of development.

Responsibilities of the role:

Operational:
 
- Campaign Weekly/Monthly Planning & Management

- Operations team lead

- Control of entire city operations function and network

- Client interaction and dealing

- Vendor/Partners SOP development

- Benchmarking process and flow streamlining

- Overall Success of every campaign

- Productivity of team and overall performance

- GST Compliance and reconciliation

Audits

- For Client - Weekly/Monthly Planning, SOPs, Financial, Media, Rate Benchmarking, Competition Analysis

- Conducting an internal audit of cost/P&L, network growth, campaign success metrics, the key performance of team, improvement scope, Quality-Skill development

- Functional Audits as and when required by Management

Reporting & Tracker : 

- Cost Report/Expense Sheet

- Regional/Success reporting

- Network & growth tracker

- Manpower, rating, and training Tracker

- Collaterals & audit Tracker

- Partners Tracker

What you will need:

- Graduate Degree

- 3-5 years of experience in operations

- Experience in handling 5-8 team size

- Passionate and self motivated

- Leadership attitude

- Good at communication, expression, mail, presentation - excel || word || powerpoint

- Willing to learn not only operations but also marketing and the other functions

- BTL Agency background will be an added advantage
