Executive - Email Marketing

- We are looking for a tech savvy and data driven professional to join our Team as an Specialist Email Marketing. You will be responsible for developing email marketing campaigns upon reviewing client behaviour. Besides, you will also be analysing past marketing campaigns to report on sales revenue. You should be able to coordinate with the Design team to create user-friendly email templates. Proofreading emails for grammar, spellings and sentence structure is also your responsibility. Furthermore, you should ensure including relevant CTA (Call to Action) and a persuasive tone in all marketing emails. Your job role also includes maintaining a detailed list of email addresses and discarding the non-deliverable ones.

Responsibility :

- Generate leads and increasing responses via effective email marketing campaigns

- Create databases of relevant email address via multiple channels and platforms

- Ensure email templates are user and screen friendly

- Conduct grammar, spelling and readability checks before sending emails

- Communicate with the Graphic Designers to create visuals and graphics supporting the email content

- Research and Maintain a detailed list of email addresses and filtering those that are no longer in use

- Respond and follow up on potential clients and pass on active responses and leads to BD team

- Monitor and review campaign results

- Ensure all emails have an appropriate CTA

- Maintain a clear and persuasive tone in all marketing/promotional emails

- Review campaign effectiveness via statistical analysis

- Conduct market research to evaluate Client/Brand behaviour

- Use email marketing automation tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue , etc to schedule emails

- Communicate with the internal teams to make improvements to campaigns

- Ensure all emails abide to the industry standards and regulations

- Track email marketing KPIs and lead generation activities

- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all email marketing campaigns

Requirement :

- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Digital Marketing or related field

- Knowledge of the industry norms and standards

- Familiarity with email automation and SEO tools

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to work for long hours and under pressure

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

- Knowledge of the latest trends in email and digital marketing

- Ability to manage email communications in a professional manner

- An eye for detail and strong analytical skills
