Client Servicing / Client Success / Key Account Executive

Overview of job

CupShup is looking for a Key Account Executive. You will be responsible for handling the overall requirement, management and meeting expectations for the brands. Right from managing, servicing, reporting, scaling, retaining, etc. One of the most dynamic roles within the organization.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Business Head/ Function Head

Measures of success :

In Three months:

- Research about the clients. Build trust, relation and understand the scope of work

- Learn team capabilities and build mutual confidence

- Understand business model and get the hands on all major services/media

- Proposal, format, SOP and process building

In Six months:

- Complete brand planning, engagement, and scale

- Upsell and Cross Sale. Referrals

- Retention Strategy for Brands

- P&L management and business sustainability

In Twelve months

- Ensure complete understanding of the Profile, start taking decisions and further course of development.

Responsibilities of the role:

Operational

- Plan according to the brief by client

- Proposal, Commercials, Campaign SOP and Report Sharing

- Working/Acting a sync between BD and City Operations team

- Filling the gap of expectations and deliverables

- Team brief and target setting

- Success Gauge, benchmarking, and improvisation plan

- Invoicing and Tracker

- Discover new mediums and engagement

- GST Compliance and reconciliation

- Guidelines for Recce and Audit

Audits

- For Client - Weekly/Monthly Planning, SOPs, Financial, Media, Rate Benchmarking, Competition Analysis

- Conducting an internal audit of cost/P&L, brand growth, campaign success metrics, the key performance

of team, improvement scope, Quality-Skill development

- Functional Audits as and when required by Management

Reporting & Tracker

- P&L Report

- Billing/Estimation/Payment Tracker

- Campaign Success reporting & Growth Tracker

- Campaign Calendar - Weekly and Monthly

- Recce Report

- Competitor Report/Analysis for the brand

What you will need:

- Graduate Degree

- 2+ years of experience as accounts manager, BD associate, servicing

- Experience in working with multiple team

- Passionate and self motivated

- Leadership attitude

- Good at communication, expression, mail, presentation - excel || word || powerpoint

- Willing to learn not only management but also marketing and the other functions

- BTL Agency background will be an added advantage.
