Overview of job

CupShup is looking for Operations Executive for the respective city. You will be responsible to handle the network growth, BTL Campaign function & operations, audit i.e. internal audits, client audits, cost audits, etc.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Manager- Operations (of the City)

Measures of success :

In three months :

- Start building new network and coverage

- Develop relationships with team and third party existing partners

- Hands on bringing success to the on-going campaign

- Streamlining Logistics & Collaterals

In six months :

- Training freelancers and developing confidence

- Finding new media, manpower and avenues, involve in negotiations

- In depth understanding of existing network of media and brands

In 12 months :

- Ensure complete understanding of the Profile, start taking decisions and further course of development.

Responsibilities of the role:

Operational

- Training freelancers and Manpower

- Strengthening network

- Vendor/Partners Empanelment

- Logistics and Collaterals

- Success of the campaigns

- Process improvement and streamlining

- GST Compliance and reconciliation

Audits :

- For Client - Media, Financial, Rate Benchmarking, Competition

- Conducting internal audit of cost incurred, network growth and campaign success metrics

- Functional Audits as and when required by Management

Reporting & Tracker :

- Regional reporting

- Network tracker

- Manpower Tracker

- Collaterals Tracker

- Partners Tracker

What you will need :

- Graduate

- Self Motivated, Passionate, and a never give up attitude

- Team player

- Fair at communication and expression

- Willing to learn not only operations but also marketing and the other functions

- 0-2 Years of experience in BTL marketing/activations

- Two-wheeler driving and license is an added advantage
