Overview of the Job Profile

Alliances Executive :

CupShup is looking for an Alliances Executive. You will be responsible for identifying and connecting to prospects for strategic relationships with corporates/ Residential societies and complexes in accordance with the company's overarching objective, goals and strategies. Major focus will be reaching out and pitching for relationships with corporates and scale our network of Corporates for effective business execution.

Responsibility :

1) Researching and identifying alliance opportunities, generating leads, target identification.

2) Proactively sourcing new business prospects, building and executing exciting corporate partnerships and alliances

3) Connecting with potential Corporate and Residential hot spots and organisations through calls and emails to partner for execution of our brand marketing campaigns

4) Leveraging your network to build an active referral network to unlock new alliances.

5) Defining and communicating the business alliance process and expectations.

6) To facilitate smooth transition of newly acquired corporates to the respective SPOCs

7) Building a strong and productive pipeline of alliances across the country, leveraging ease of business execution

8) Ensure accurate and updated mis reporting.

10) To maintain a tracker for all the leads, tracking progress and reporting the same.

11) Work in sync with the Business Team and the City Team.

(i) A Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field

(ii) Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or in a pre-sales kind of role

(iii) Strong track record of success in lead generation and building strategic partnerships.

(iv) Hands-on experience working in Corporate / Enterprise business development

(v) Goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.

(vi) Charismatic young creative hustler who loves to meet and engage with people

(vii) Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

(viii) Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.

(ix) Comfortable about working in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment with excellent opportunities for personal growth.

(x) Self-motivated person who likes to start new things, develop new contacts, meet new people and build networks.
