City Operations Manager

- Overview of the Job Profile

City Operations Manager :

- City Operations Manager- will be responsible for building a very robust team to manage and execute campaigns, delivering results to the client, building strategy, and bringing sync with the entire city ecosystem.

Responsibility :

- Own the PnL for all the brand campaigns and drive overall profitability for the city

- Build, lead, direct, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, mainly focused on driving and effective execution of brand campaigns

- Creating strategy for campaign management and success

- Own NPS score of the campaigns in the city

- Process building for each function within the city

- Build a network of vendors, partners, manpower for respective requirements of your location

- Define the day to day responsibilities of the team, set up reporting structure, and monitor metrics on a regular basis, including setup and implementation of all brand campaigns

- Building strong on ground presence to identify any gaps or challenges faced by the team and resolving them in a timely manner

- Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve Brand KPI, output expectations, reduce leakage, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent campaign experience

- Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the overall city performance including all functional areas

- Actively collaborate with cross-location teams to build rapport and gather information / feedback for creating and / or improvising operations

- Oversee materials and inventory management

- Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management

What you will need :

- PG/MBA degree from a reputed Business School

- 7-9 years of experience in handling operations in an operationally focused organization

- Min 5 years of experience in managing on ground operations and team

- Candidate with an agency, offline marketing operations, or startup background would be preferred

- Quick learner, confident, good presentation & relation-building skills

- Open for travel and ready to go the extra mile if the situation demands

- Keen attention to detail and good at spotting opportunities

- Client/Agency relationship exposure with strong relationship management skills

- Go-Getter attitude and responsibility to close all loops

- Long term vision and commitment
