About the role :

- We are looking for an individual with 1-2 years of experience in Enterprise and mid-market sales with a B2B SaaS Company. You will work closely with the CEO to set up and drive the sales function at Culturro. You will be mainly responsible for:

- Lead Generation : Managing and running lead gen campaigns. Designing outbound campaigns for target ICPs, running the outbound campaigns, bringing inbound generated leads into the funnel and progressing them through the funnel.

- KPIs : Number of new deals closed, $ revenue added, and opportunity to closed-won conversion rate

- Handle qualification calls for new marketing qualified leads

- Identify if the prospect's BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, & Timing) are in line with our expectations. It's critical to empathize with the prospect and make sure their goals are aligned with our service

- Handle product demos for sales-qualified leads

- Show them how Culturro can solve their challenges and achieve their goals. You'll also present pricing, according to their requirements.

- Handle all further conversations from product questions to contract negotiations after an opportunity is created to eventually close the deal and hand it over to the customer success team.

- Nurture all the marketing qualified leads in your pipeline with high-quality follow-ups.

- You will be supported by the rest of the team whenever you need assistance. For instance, if there are deep technical questions, an engineer can join the call with you. If there are questions about the product roadmap, a product manager will join the call. If you need help with negotiating a contract, the CEO will join the call with you.

- Identify insights and pain points from conversations with prospects, and contribute to the product roadmap by providing active feedback to the product team.

What we look for ?

- Skills and Experience

- SaaS Sales experience in the India and US Market. SaaS sales experience in the HR Tech industry will be highly preferred

- Excellent communication skills and rapport-building ability. Strong listening skills, objection handling, and articulation

- Experience in delivering demos and presentations to prospects across the North American region and being up to speed with our competitor landscape and our unique positioning

- Know how to move opportunities through stages and present a reliable forecast

- Have a technical and consultative bent of mind. You will be transitioning prospects from a lead stage to a paid customer and will be their Spoc during their trial/evaluation phase

- Are a conversation starter and can keep people engaged. You know how to work through different personas and are adept at building champions within your prospects Organisation

- Be comfortable with designing and driving quotas for self and the team have an ability to take rejections without getting bogged down

About the hiring process :

- Our hiring process has multiple steps that include an initial screening round, founder round, team discussion, a short assignment, and a final founder round.

Compensation :

- Base pay: Rs. 5 - 7.5 lakhs per annum (varies based on prior experience) On-target Commissions: 5% of the ACV in the first year. 2.5% of the ACV in the second year of the contract. (uncapped commission structure means you can earn more if you exceed your quota) Annual Quota: $150k - $200k annual contract value (ACV) (Does not include renewals) Accelerated commissions (7% of ACV beyond the quota) each quarter once you go past quota

Benefits :

- Stock options after 6-12 months, based on performance

Work Location : Office location : Gurgaon. Possibility of a remote role for a qualified calendar. We follow a hybrid work policy where you are required to work from the office at least 4 days per week.
