Culture Holidays - Customer Service Role (1-3 yrs)
Your Responsibilities:
1. Handling inbound customer queries from U.S. Customers related to new reservations, cancellations, exchanges, etc.
2. Follow ups with the clients for existing reservations.
3. Upselling of hotel/car services/travel insurance etc. to U.S. Clients.
You must possess :
1. Willing to work in Night Shift.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Customer handling experience required.
4. GDS experience is must.
5. Candidates having experience in international calling process will be preferred.
