Job Description :
- Handle escalations/tickets on social media channels
- Ensure timely response to customers on all SM channels
- Collaborate with ops team for timely resolution of issues
- Work closely with Tech/Product for solving user issues
- Ensuring the online reputation of the brand is intact on SM channels
Ideal Candidate :
- Graduate is must
- 1.5+ experience in ORM role
- Experience with social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram would be a plus
- High level of ownership, positive attitude and deep customer empathy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach towards working and detail-oriented
