Cult Fit - Assistant General Manager (4-7 yrs)

Sales:

- Manage clear internal communications throughout the daily catch up and weekly 1 on 1 Meetings with ACM- s(Associate Center Managers)

- Ensure that 40% of your day is spent supporting and encouraging Sales; ensure ACM's is providing the support needed to be productive and effective.

- Support and drive all marketing strategies and outreach initiatives throughout the gym, all outreaches to be planned weekly

- Identifying selling weaknesses and strengths and ensuring to set up necessary training or coaching to improve teams performance.

- Ensure that all targets, forecasts and goals set across all key related areas are met with a hands-on approach at gym level.

Fitness:

- Manage clear internal communications throughout the daily catch up and weekly 1 on 1 Meetings with Fitness Manager.

- Identify needs and manage training for the department's staff based on feedback from Fitness Manager, ensure the training and development of staff take place with the objective that they optimally function in their portfolios.

- Ensure all company initiatives such as Group Training and future company initiatives, systems and procedures are well managed, take ownership of all Company initiatives.

- Customer service, maintenance and overall cover of your Floor .

GROUP EXERCISE:

- Attend Classes to ensure quality and consistency is being maintained

- Lead by example, be visible at your Gym for events.

- Drive and identify new ways to improve Group Exercise utilization in your gym NEW MEMBER INDUCTION,

FROM POINT OF SALES ONWARDS:

- Ensure Strong Start sessions are being booked and delivered as per company guidelines.

- Ensure effective and thorough reference checks are done.

- Member Complaints to be resolved by AGM's with a 24hour turnaround on all complaints.

DAILY, WEEKLY AND MONTHLY HEALTH AND SAFETY:

- Identify risks in Gyms and ensure the safety of our members is a priority and preventative measures have been put in place.

- Conduct health and safety self-audits as per company requirements

- Score a minimum of 90% on quarterly H&S audit

- Implement all H&S files and systems as set out by H&S Manager

- Ensure the gym has sufficient First Aid qualified staff - minimum 2 per shift

Team:

- Gyms operating hours to be covered at all times, ensure Rota's are planned and communicated to all.

- Ensure Employee experience is at par & everyone is being heard,respected & motivated.

- Opening and closing procedures in place as per company guidelines

- Ensure that the MOD's are managed effectively according to the Company's guidelines.

- Ensure that all MOD's are trained and qualified as required by the company, on an ongoing basis.

- Fulfill MOD-duties as per standard operating company guidelines.

CLEANING & HYGIENE:

- Implement and control strict standards of hygiene, safety and cleanliness to ensure a high quality of cleanliness is maintained throughout the Gym.

- Weekly Key Performance Indicators sent to cleaning companies.

FINANCE AND PURCHASING:

- Monitor and manage your Gym's petty cash procedures to ensure strict security protocols are being adhered to.

- Ensure a 100% adherence to dropping of cash. Removing and depositing procedure is being adhered to and any discrepancies are being communicated immediately to Head Office.

- Review all stationery and consumable stocks and order as per company guidelines.

REPORTS AS PER TIMELINE / DEADLINES:

- Take ownership of your gym's weekly Brand Standard Audit

- Submit a Snap Shot to your line Manager every Sunday and ensure all current and future deadlines are being managed effectively.

- Attend all Operations Meeting and be ready with what is requested for you to present

- Monitor and Manage all purchasing orders for your gym.

- Deliver daily, weekly or monthly reports as per company requests and guidelines, you will need to ensure that you are accountable for each and every report requested and submitted.

Eligibility/Skill Set Req:

- MBA/ Any Management Degree.

- 4-5 Yrs experience in customer service Industry.

- Fluency with communication.

- Deep insights / experience of Driving Sales.

- Team Player/ People's Person
