We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be willing to grow in their career.

Experience : (0 to 2) yrs. Proficiency in Kannada is a must.

Competencies and Skills Required

1. Must possess strong customer service skills

2. Excellent written and verbal communication

3. Must have good negotiation skills

4. Must be able to create good presentations

5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills

6. Must be detail oriented and an active listener

7. Ability to work under pressure

8. Should know Kannada

9. People with experience in B2C sales and Customer Relationship management.

10. Knowledge of MS Office

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

2. Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.

3. Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.

4. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

5. Research and identify new market opportunities.

6. Keep prospective client database updated

7. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

8. Prepare Proposals, Presentations for New Business acquisition.

9. Managing end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and payment collection, result tracking

10. Bringing new clients and onboarding them.

- Vision of the company is to build brand in Fruits and Vegetables space in India by providing Fresh, Healthy, Tasty and Traceable produce.

- We are not doing conventional farming. We are doing soil-less farming. Our farms are completely automated using technology.

- We are looking for a passionate Business Development executives who will be the owner of Sales and Marketing in Cuberootz. It -includes discovering sales channels in market, sales channel Onboarding such as Kirana stores and Supermarts, innovative ways of marketing, managing relationships with sales channels, performing pilots to increase sales etc.
