CS Direkt - Manager - Event Operation & Productions (6-13 yrs)
1. To handle Pan-India operations activities and execution of the events & exhibitions across our client's properties, within the specified budgets and timelines.
2. To assist and provide inputs in budgeting the operations and related event costs for various projects.
3. To research, negotiate, build and manage healthy vendor/supplier relationships.
4. To analyse the existing budget and create an execution plan, optimizing the costs to the maximum and meeting the timelines and budgets for each event.
5. Organizing and managing recess with relevant stakeholders to plan and propose workflows/event flows for all events.
6. Managing existing clients, maintaining relationships & understand the events brief from them.
7. Understanding the technical requirements like Light & Sound and coordinating with the vendors to fulfil them.
8. Managing and coordinating Artists/Celebrities for the event Liaise with relevant authorities to obtain permits, permissions for venues for all events.
9. Interfacing with the client to understand their requirements, understand the objective and delegation of responsibilities to internal stakeholders
10. Overall Project coordination and management, including internal liaising and negotiation with vendors, for seamless execution of the campaign/event.
