KRA - Relationship Executive RO/CS/PM

- Generate Requirements from existing clients and ensure continuous business from client Assigned.

- Client mapping to the width and the depth & generate business from different Business Units of client.

- Maximize the profit margin.

- Maintaining cordial relations with clients and monitoring the dealings with the clients to retain their support to ensure business growth.

- Project Planning & Analysis before execution. File should be analyzed with File Engineering (FE) team before proceeding any task.

- Coordinate with QA/GD to understand the requirement or clarify the requirement, if any doubt

- Ensure project deliveries on schedule and as per client requirements

- Resolve customer issues and ensure process improvements to avoid re occurrence

- Ensure adherence to processes to maintain productivity, quality standards, new technology adoption.

- Ensure invoicing to client within 24 hours.

- Ensure collection within 30 days or as agreed terms.

- Give weekly, monthly and quarterly sales Projection.
