Your Role :

- CRY has always been a pioneer in fundraising in India, this role is therefore tailor made for someone who enjoys challenges and likes to find new ways of doing things. The fundraising sector in India has seen a real boom over the past decade and the tools and techniques used for fundraising in CRY today are as cutting edge as those used anywhere in the world for Direct Marketing.

- This role is truly challenging because it entails defining and implementing the fundraising strategy for the Southern Region. You will manage a diverse fundraising program including individual giving, foundations, corporations, and events.

- You will oversee the outreach to high net worth individuals, drive strategic partnerships with direct marketing agencies and lead a large in house donor relations team. You will also be responsible for business development from corporations which will give you a chance to think creatively as you create CSR solutions for them.

- Across all your work you will reinforce the CRY brand identity, increase the visibility of the CRY brand, and ensure effective positioning & ownership of the CRY brand among internal and external stakeholders.

- You will also be responsible for leading, motivating and developing your team and for delivering on and managing regional budgets.

You :

- You must be a post graduate in Marketing with 10-12 yrs of experience .Your strengths should be in areas of Marketing, Networking skills, Strategy and planning. Also critical are skills in leadership and team building.
