1) Interaction with brokers and customers over phone call.
2) Coordination with the sales team.
3) Documentation work.
4) Onboarding of bookings
5) Solving Pre sales + Post Sales queries over phone calls.
6) Maintaining reports on google sheets and excel.

Good communication skill - verbal and written
1+ years of experience in Calling
Hands on excel and google sheets.
Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi.
