What will I be doing at CR Properties ?
- FSM is Field Sales Manager. FSM is a very important part in our organizational hierarchy. FSM is that who onboard brokers and generates sales through them.
What kind of experience & skills do I need for this role?
1) Broker Handling
2) Good Communication Skill
3) Strong Motivational Spirit & team driven
4) Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.
Some attributes that you bring to this role ?
- Giving training to the Brokers and ensure Site visit and Booking sales through Brokers
- Maintain a good relationship with the client & Brokers.
- Motivate the Brokers from time to time to achieve Target.
- Keep proper documentation for each and every sale.
- Keeping brokers activated.
- Weekly 20 Brokers On boarding is mandatory for FSM
- Ensure daily site visits and close the sales
- App implementation
Experience & Educational Qualification :
Qualification : Any Graduate.
Experience : Minimum 2 years in Sales, Real Estate
