The Sales and Marketing Head Role is to Ensure the Company Meets the Budgeted Sales Targets with an Effective Sales Operations Activity and Management.

This Position Reports directly to the CEO & Managing Director.

Qualification: Post Grad (MBA Marketing for Relevant from a Reputed Institute)

Brief JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Sales and Marketing Budget and Strategic Planning - Quarterly / Yearly.

a. Forecast Annual Sales revenue in Line with the Companies Annual Sales Budget and Targets.

b. Sales Targets Allocation for the Team.

c. Consolidate Budget for Approval.

d. Monitor Performance as Per Budgeted Targets and Prepare the MIS for Sales and Marketing.

e. Report Budgeting MIS.

2. Sales Funnel Management

a. Lead Generation

i. Convert all Enquiries generated by Marketing to Leads through Engagement

ii. Convert Leads to Prospects

iii. Ensure Timely Action of Engagement

b. Prospect Management

i. Present and discuss with Prospects the Companies Product /Services Features and Benefits

ii. Engage with Prospects and ensure Timely Pre sales Activity

1. Prepare RFP's / RFQ's

2. Send Proposals and Engage for Proposal Action

3. Engage and Define Terms as per Prospective Customers requirement

c. Customer Closures

i. Finalize the Closure of Customer Contracts

ii. Ensure Advances and Payments are Received as Per Terms

iii. Ensure the Services/Product delivery to Customer in Coordination with Client Operations Teams

iv. Update the MIS

d. Customer Management

i. Build Relationship through Continuous Engagement and Communication with the key Stakeholders of the Customer management team

ii. Solve all Customer Grievances as per requirement on a timely and Effective Basis

e. Report Sales MIS

3. Effective Collaboration

a. Collaborate as Per Laid down Process with all Business Operative Departments and ensure Timely Information and Support

b. Collaborate as Per Laid down Process with all Functional Departments and ensure Timely Information and Support

c. Report all Collaborative MIS

4. Team Building and Team Management

a. Ensure Fair Practices are Followed for Team Management

b. Ensure the Team is Trained and Developed with continuous support in identifying Training Needs and Recommending the same

c. Ensure on the Job Training is imparted to the Sales & Marketing Team Members

d. Ensure the Second in Line is Developed to achieve OWN GROWTH

5. Contribute to the Strategic Thought and Creation of Organizational Strategy.
