Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced person to handle marketing and business development for Bangalore. Candidate needs to have good communication skills, responsible to generate leads by enhancing business opportunities. Identifying prospective clients in the assigned territories, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving business targets. Understand and convey the briefs to the team and ensure after-sales services.

Requirements:

- Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of Sales experience in the marketing and advertising industry (preferably B2B marketing).

- Must have handled accounts worth a minimum of 50 lakhs

- Must have a history of maintaining excellent sales record

- Candidate must have experience in client servicing & coordinating with all stakeholders to deliver the project.

- Excellent Presentation skills

- Preparation for cold calling & market research

- Good in analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

- Excellent communication Skills

- Participate & provide inputs in Business Development planning.

- Identifying new and prospective sales leads to contact via email/ phone to establish rapport & set up meetings.

- Identify the pulse of the market & drive the internal activities for creating marketing collateral.

- Conduct studies on potential clients & competitors.

- Engage in social media to identify & interact with new leads & potential markets.

- Participate in the organization's strategical plan & execution for expansion to new markets.

- Generate periodic reports and submit them to the reporting manager.

- Record of successfully collaborating with and influencing Management and CXO level clients
