Growth Manager
- Develop and achieve both short and long-term Flipkart and Myntra development strategies
- Deliver consumption and sales growth targets for Crossbeats on Flipkart and Myntra platform ( Marketplace and Alpha Model )
- Build customer relationships across multiple levels within the Flipkart and Myntra team
- Manage all account financials including margin, co-op rebates, markdowns, etc.
- Oversee a forecasting process allowing for in-stocks to remain at the optimal level
- Use data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, and profits
- Optimize product segmentation, merchandising, and new product set-up with Flipkart and Myntra.
- Work with Flipkart and Myntra and internal planning teams to manage 12 month rolling forecasts.
- Collaborate with Flipkart and Myntra teams to develop and execute marketing (ie sponsored ads, DSP), content (brand store, A+), and promotional (deals) plans leveraging consumer insights, testing, and best practices.
- Organize and share out insights on product, promotions, marketing, and overall performance
- Monitor the competitive landscape on Flipkart and Myntra
- Responsible for daily, monthly and Annual sales projection and target achievement.
