JOB SUMMARY:

As a Business Development professional, you will be responsible for new business development with identifying, processing and closing new sales opportunities within the assigned region.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Prospecting for clients via phone call, email and other methods

- To intuitively think in terms of numbers and targets - volumes, profitability, achievements and growth

- Formulate plans and strategies for expanding sales in your designated territory and collaborate with members of the sales team and other functions to meet the overall goals for the region

- Exceptional business and analytical skills and ability to run entire sales cycle independently

- Strong experience selling software products to senior level employees within an organisation with the ability to generate and communicate unique value proposition at this level

- Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads

- Develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans

- Work internally with sales management and marketing to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations

- To have the hunger and fire in the belly for achievements

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE : 

- 1+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales

- You are seasoned with selling to businesses and have a track record of overachieving sales quotas

- You love Sales. You love developing a market from scratch

- A customer centric approach and to be able to visualise where the market is going

- Action and results oriented with bunch of energy

- Good social competence, team player

- Advanced level Excel and Powerpoint knowledge

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS : MBA from a recognized University
