Crompton - Management Trainee - Sales (0-1 yrs)
We are looking to hire 2018 MBA ( Sales & Marketing ) Graduates from Tier 2/Tier 3 MBA colleges for our Management Training Program.
Overview of MT Program :
- Would be hired on permanent roll as Management Trainee and would undergo six month structured On the Job Training.
- On completion of Training Stint, Trainees would be confirmed as " Territory Sales Manager" with assigned geography.
Brief Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Channel sales ( Distributor & Dealer Sales).
- Improving reach in the market through regular visits, Executing Marketing programs and organizing retailer meets.
Compensation:
CTC of 5.56 Lakhs ( Including 1.36 Lakhs Sales Incentives)
Requirements for the role :
2018 MBA (Sales & Marketing) passouts with Strong Academic credentials.
