Croma is looking for a Lead - Creative & content which will be a key role in delivering omnichannel consumer strategy and our targeted Campaigns. The candidate will have a solid background in managing creative and content requirements for marketing calendar and will be the overall owner of delivery. This role requires a high level of engagement within the broader marketing team, business teams and communication channels.

Reporting to the Head of brand marketing, you will hold responsibility for managing and developing key brand campaigns, craft and deliver content strategy for the business and find new ways to create brand impact.

Responsibilities :

- Developing concepts for advertising or promotional campaigns

- Storyboarding or translating ideas to the creative team & agency

- Leading multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines

- Ensuring all the organisation's content & visuals are consistent with the overall brand

- Steering or writing scripts & Overseeing photo or TV shoots for brand campaigns

- Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, point of purchase, mobile, video, print and in-person.

- Mapping out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why.

- Integration of creative & content activities within traditional marketing campaigns.

- Developing standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for creative & content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies.

- Leveraging market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers that leads to critical behavioural metrics.

- Establishing work flow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content.

- Conducting periodic competitive audits.

- Supervising the maintenance of content inventories and matrices.

- Advise (executive) stakeholders on their content needs

- Implement best practice measurement and evaluation tools to monitor the performance of creative content.

- Build a high-performing content team by role-modelling leadership behaviours

- Identify resource and skill gaps, and expand the team with relevant capabilities

- Upskill creative content professionals

- Build a culture of value-focus and continuous improvement;

- Maximize the impact of the creative content budget and resources.

Key Skills/Experience :

- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing creative and content team for a B2C brand.

- Ability to lead creative content development

- Experience in leading a team, setting objectives in line with the strategy, and driving/reporting on results

- Experience in collaborating with digital and channel management specialists to improve reach and impact of creative content;

- Strong stakeholder management skills - experience working with executive levels in an international environment and the ability to influence and network;

- Proven ability to manage internal and external resources, and implement projects across geographical and business/product areas;

- Proven track record / portfolio of projects from concept to completion

- Sets targets and priorities effectively and efficiently

- Excellent planning and organizational skills

- Resilient, proactive, driven creative problem solver

- Relationship and team builder, collaborative team player
